sea ray with 228 merc , havent had her out in a while, did a good check and put new thermostat housing on..first trip out she is running great,, well for about a mile then its
handle to the floor and only about 1000 rpms on the way back...had a spare filter, so i swaped it out,,same thing about a good 5 minute run, then limp back to the dock...
lines look good and usually a pump will lean out alot quicker if its bad,,,,was thinking maby the siphion valve is hung part way open?? could someone give me some feedback
thts worked with the filter system on these before, (is the valve in the first elbow going into the filter and should there be fuel in the glass bowl at all times?) thanks guys
