Judging by what I read in an existing post I have a 1981 2HP Evinrude Model E2RC1B. I got it for a little of nothin last year with the guy claiming it ran the last time he used it but he couldn't get it started to show me. I got it started this evening but I'm lost when it comes to the settings on the mixture screws on the front of the cowl. The top one says slow speed over the knob and lean next to it and the bottom one says high speed over the knob and rich next to it. I'm only getting this thing running to mount on a 14' Jon boat to sell so I hate to have to order a manual. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
