I recently acquired a Japanese made 28 hp Mariner, not sure of the year. It had been sitting for some time so I removed and cleaned the carb, installed new plugs and it started up but won't idle. I removed the low speed jet and started it again holding my finder over the low speed jet hole and it idles fine. The low speed idle mixture is set at one turn out when I checked as it was when I got. I would appreciate any help or a link to a online manual.
