Setback installed and tilt fixed!

Had the boat (new) since 2003 and have never got around to fix a problem with the motor installation, as it would hit against the transom locker and not raise the prop all the way out of the water.
Fixing a failed tilt (o rings only) I decided to have do the setback. A friend made me a pair of brackets out of stainless and I got the motor off using a rope and crane. Children do not try this at home!
Now my wife is bustin' my **** for not doing it sooner!

Did you play with motor height to account for the setback? You want to go up with it, at least 1 hole, maybe 2. The general rule is 1" up for every 12" back...

Yes, I lifted it one hole. The setback is 75mm, about 3 inches...
