first off i have no tachometer to indicate charge or no charge. i changed my stator and rectifier to new replacement.cleaned all connections at batt, solenoid, grounds and positive cables, starer wires and block wires. on my fish finder i read 12.6 volts when batt is fully charged. if i use the tnt my voltage drops but comes right back to 12.6. but i dont see any thing above that when rpms are increased. is this normal?so far to trips and a total of 70 miles at 12.6 volts. do these motors charge or do they just maintain levels? thanks for any and all info in advance.

Put a voltmeter directly across your battery when running it and see what it says.
