i have a 76 25 hp evinrude with a chronic problem. It will start/run fine once or twice then when i try ans start it again, it will run for ten secs and then stop and not start again. The bulb on the hose gets hard and it wont even try to start. i have rebuilt the carb and the problem still continues. Sometimes it will restart if i pull the gas line off the carb. Anyone have any ideas???
