Having a similar problem with my '99 150 HP Ficht. Chances are that the oil leak is coming from the upper end. Remove your upper housing and the air arestor from the front end of your engine. Start looking around the cowling to deterimine which side the oil is most likely coming from. If you have room to do it, wipe down all excess oil you see, hook it up to a water source and start your engine. You should be able to find the source in this manner. I've replaced the only two o-rings I could find between my oil injector and oil manifild and the unit is still leaking a little. Not sure how normal this is for an Evinrude.
