Silly little FYI about removing reinstalling alphas

IF you have twins, The port drive (shifter) must be in REVERSE to remove or reinstall drive. I was wondering why it was so hard to remove. Figured that one out when I reinstalled.
Obviously, this only applies if you have a counter rotating drive.
just an FYI....
