oil leaking out pee hole is it normal

I have a 64 sea king 8hp ..I replaced water impeller and oil seal today,tested in a barrol and water was pumping great out the exhuast. I let it set for an hour and was getting ready to take it to lake and noticed oil leaking from pee hole...IS THIS NORMAL OR SHOULD I BE LOOIKING ELSE WERE AS A POSSIBLE PROBLEM...I ALSO attached a pic were the oil is coming out .IT ALSO LOOKS LIKE A MILKY GRAYISH BROWN COLOR.

That should be normal. If it smells like gas it is normal. In the barrel, burned and unburned oil collects inside the leg. That weep hole is there to drain water after the engine is used to prevent corrosion and/or freezing damage.

Because the oil was mixed with water, it will look milky and abnormal. If it smells like auto rear end oil (sulphur) then look for a leaking drive shaft seal.
