I'm not entirely sure if this is the right place for this but I 've checked out the other forums and my questions is about Quicksiler products.

Quicksiler Perfect Seal, 101 grease and Spline Grease are all difficult to get in the UK.

2-4-C is readily available so could it be used instead of Spline Grease or 101?

Also what is Perfect Seal, is it an RTV or something else? I understand that Permatex is an equivalent but again not easy to get over hear.

Would Sikaflex 291 be OK? Or something similar?

24C is what was used years ago for the coupler, and will work. The spline grease is just a more job specific grease that lasts longer.

Forget Sekaflex, it has no uses on the engine and drive.

I have no clue what is used in the UK to replace Perfect seal, but around here, good ole Permatex Aviation Form a gasket works. Check locally and see what your local mechanics use. It is NOT an RTV.
