i changed the timing belt on my 83 volvo aq125a,bayliner. did everything according to specs. crank pully is on its mark,cam is on its notch,and the other pully on its mark, put the belt on. every 2 rotaions of the crank everything is on its mark again, tried to fire the boat up and just getting back fire out of exaust. when everything is lined up the rotor arm points at #1 plug wire. when that arm rotates should it go in firing order? 1342. as for firing order/spark plug#1 is at the front of the boat twords steering wheel? is 3 the next one to #1 going twords back of boat then 4 then 2?
