i just got a boat and my outboard evinrude has trouble starting but runs perfectly during operation. sometime it likes to start and other time like when i travel down to my fishing hole and once im ready to leave it refuses to starts and floods easily. it is a 2 stroke and i am currently running 50/1 ratio. i check the spark plugs and they seem normal for a 2 stroke besides them looking wet from being flooded.
