1999 Regal 1800 LRS not starting

We hit a wall and damaged a prop. Engine but out odd when shutting off. Now it will not start. There is no spark to the sylinoid and "empty" turn over sound gages work when turning the key??

Is there a fuse switch to check and where? Any other ideas?
