I have 1970 Gulfstream Runabout 18ft with Chevy 6 engine and Mercruiser Alpha one sterndrive.
What is the What is the maxium cruising RPM?

I'm getting 3900 - 4300 RPM for the 165 horse 4.0L inline 6. Let's see if anyone else confirms.
