Motor stalls out when you exceed 3000 rpm. Runs fine below this point. Have rebuilt carb, new fuel pump, coil, etc., etc. - have heard that there is a sensor under fly wheel that will cut out spark at higher speeds if certain heat level is passed - could a bad sensor be the problem? otherwise out of ideas of things to replace -
