In order to start it have to put fast idle warm up control lever up all the way. Once it starts and warms up I pull back on the lever and have to shift it into gear on give it gas right away or it stalls. Once moving it runs good at all speed ranges until I put it back into neutral it drops to 500 RPM's and stalls. I put in new plugs, and have tried adjusting the warm up cable in the throttle but nothing changes. How can I increase the idle to the normal 800-900 RPM's? Any ideas????
