Engine access on 2000 Crownline 182 w/4.3 Volvo engine HELP!

Hi trying to get access to engine comaprtment from behind bench seats. Cannot remove the panel? There are six bolts alon the bottom of the carpeted bench frame. these bolts don'T back out s am thinking maybe there is another trick? Need to get access ASAP! Need to change the inmpellor....

My back seat rotates forward on a piano hinge on the front of the seat , other then the piano hinge there is nothing other then gravity holding the back bench seat down, when I change my impeller I set a 5 gallon bucket under the back seat to give me room to lay down and do the work, not sure it helps since you have a 182 though
