1969 Sierra Fiberglas - need info

Hello. I am hoping someone can help me. I purchased a project boat. The ID plate on the boat (near the driver seat) states 'Sierra Fiberglas' (with just one 's'), the title shows it as 1969 Sierra. The problem is, after many searches on Google, Craigslist and Ebay I have not found even one successful search. I am wanting to do a partial restore on this 14' fiberglass runabout but I haven't found anything that would help. I am particularly looking for a windshield for this boat. Can anyone shed some light on why I cant find ANY info on a 1969 Sierra Fiberglas? The ID tag also states the company was located in Amityville California.

Welcome to iboats.

THOUSANDS of boat companies have come and gone :( Chances are you might never find out any information......

Windshields are the hardest part to replace and it is up to you to get creative. I adapted a windshield for my STarcraft in my signature. IF you can find an OEM windshield the price will probably be higher then the boat itself.
