ok panhandle area

New to the boating world.... I was an auto mechanic for 11 years, but when I pulled the top off my 1960 super seahorse 35 it was totally alien looking. So my question is....... does anyone know of a place to have it worked on in my area of sw ks nw tx or western ok?, my assumption would be a carb issue but it's different and I don't want to do damage that wasn't there before.

Wow man thanks again.... this might be what I need to get this thing going, I just this afternoon pulled all the wood for the benches out made new bench seats and re upholstered them.
