I want to replace the upper bearing housing on the lower unit, how do i get it over the tab on the clutch rod at engine shift connection, is this a 2 piece rod with a roll pin in the middle under the clutch rod guide? Any assistance will be helpful.
do you have lower unit dropped? if so yes peel spring of clutch dog, its the piece that slides on prop shaft between 2 ring gears, there is a roll pin under spring
