50::1 gas oil mix. That is 1 pint oil to 6 gal gasoline (US measure). Any TCW-III 2 cycle oil is fine. The wiring tends to go bad on those older motors. I recommend you inspect it for bad insulation and conductor failure.
BTW that motor is pretty rare and in demand by collectors and others. Take good care of it.
