2002 90 hp mercury bogging

The motor will bogg down and sometimes cut off when I give it throdle once it gets going it runs fine on top end. Started after I clean the carbs. Need help please

Did you do a complete tear down on the carbs? Did you set the carb needles according to spec? Did you link and sync after installing the carbs?
