I have a 1981 4.5 Evinrude Model E5RHCIC Outboard. Throttle will accelerate when twisting tiller handle but then just sticks at high speed? I have to manually retract linkage with my hand. Friend just gave me motor today and has been sitting up but cranks and runs great other than throttle sticking?? Thanks for any help or advice!
