Lubricator on top of flywheel housing AQ130D/280

This has a screw on "cap" I don't see a zerk. What is the procedure to use this? I want to grease the spindle bearing and am at a loss.

It's a grease cup, fill up the cup and screw it back on to inject the grease. I usually replace them with a grease zerk.
