Well you can tell it is one of the starcraft boats, which there are many variations. What is it worth? Just about what your willing to pay and the seller is willing to take, if the hull is in good shape and the floor is in good shape, I would give somewhere around....maybe that much, but not more!
It is really hard to establish a value on an older boat, look around at the various for sale websites and tray to track down what something in that size range is selling for..
