need help with this mercury part number, any dealer guys in here??

a google search pulls up a whopping 4 results with only one being relevant and its a useless link where the guy just posts the part number as well.

I just need the cross reference on this # to help me with ID of my harness.

Might help to know what harness, internal/external, engine s/n/hp, Merc or Mariner/

1990 M90 engine serial # OB275xxx. quicksilver control (just dont know if commander or commander 2000) the harness in question is the one that plugs INTO the harness inside the cowl. basically its part of the controls so I'm trying to properly ID my controls so I know which one to refer to in my service manual for testing purposes.
