Check the basics; compression, spark, fuel. Compression test, spark test with a tester. If it starts with ether (which you shouldn't do since there is no lubrication in the cylinder when you do that), then spark and compression may be okay. Your problem is probably fuel. If the carbs are clean then look to the fuel pump, or air getting into your fuel lines. Just some ideas...
