nissan xtra long shaft

I have a 2009 10 hp nissan xtra long shaft, but it's too long.
anybody know how to remove the extension ?

You take out the bolts...Then you take out the water tube, drive shaft and shift rod and then replace them with the long shaft parts.

Or for the short parts if wanting to use that engine on a short transom boat.

I doubt it. No such model available in North America.
