I have a frozen and cracked 305 that still runs fine but gets water in the oil and visibly leaks water on the outside of the block. I also have a fresh rebuilt vortec 350 out of a 95 chevy tahoe. I know I have to change out the exhaust manifolds, intake manifold, carb, water hoses, wiring harness. my question is what all internals doIi need to change over and what internals can I change over. Like cam. I think I need the cam and oil pan and pick up? can i put the cam from a 305 into a 350? what parts do I need to buy new?
