max hp rating

i have a 1978 21ft manatee runabout and was wandering what the minimum and maximum hp would be outboards that is.reason for asking is tha the plate with that info is not on my boat.it currently has a200 hp johnson on it . thank for looking and helping.

A 20'-21' boat will usually max out at either 175 or 200, depending on the manufacturer's testing & engineering specs. Sorry I couldn't be more definitive.
