I have a mercury 150hp on a stratos 375-vt rocket when I run my motor on muffs it runs fine . when I put in in the water it will not stay started I rebuilt carbs and fuel pump, have new gas lines and bulb. when i first rebuilt carbs it ran fine and came on to plain fine but i blew out my old prop so I changed props, I had some bottles of old mixing oil i used when i fueled upmy boat will not run in the water i'm stumped what should I do.:mad
