I'm new here, and looking for a place to post pictures and get ideas for my restoration. My father was the 2nd owner of this boat. I still have the original bill of sale and sales brochure from Montgomery Ward.

It spent the last 10 years in the open as a backyard eyesore. The trailer axles were rusted solid when I tried to move it. The old Mercury 50 was junk. If it wasn't for the sentimental value, I could have bought a really nice boat with my investment so far...

I've been working on it off and on for the last 2 years. I finally set a deadline to have her back on the water by 7/4/11.
