I have new gas sea foam new plugs but under load boat Boggs down and will almost die and got hot the other day don't have a clue what to do guess I'm going to try a new power pack unless someone has some suggestions ? Thanks!

Probably have one or more cylinders not firing or not getting fuel. Hopefully you didn't blow a cylinder during the overheat. The first thing I would do, is a compression check.
