I was out on the lake and my boat stopped pulling. So i shut it off and tried it again and all it does is rev up when i try to put it into reverse and drive. I just replaced the shift cable into the drive and put it all back together and tried again and still nothing.. it just revs and wont go into any gear.. with the boat turned off it spins freely in neutral and when in drive it will lock one way and click the other way and the opposite for reverse.. what is the problem? i'm out ideas and just wanna be sitting on the lake.
