I ran my boat on a sand bar and powered it off. After doing so it would run at 200 degrees by the gauge where as before it ran at 175. I replaced the water pump impeller and the thermostats and it still is running 200 degrees when at 4-5000 rpm. Can I have a block filled with sand? The p tube is pushing water out while running. when I run @ lower RPM(3000) the temp stays around 175 degrees. Should I pull the cylinder heads and check for blockage? 1996 150 HP Mariner
