My motor runs fine in gear with the ears on and will idol and rev up when out of gear. Az soon az I put it in gear on the water it dies. Carbs are clean fuel lines and filters are clean. Only problem is when a load is put on it. What do I do or where do I from here?

As on the thread you just resurrected with this same issue, have you checked compression and spark? A motor that is dropping a cylinder can run flawlessly on muffs but fall flat on its face when it has to deal with backpressure on the exhaust system. Do the basic checks first to eliminate the obvious.
