Well I got her running and sounds pretty good to me, but what do I know I'm new to boating. I still have to rebuild fuel pump because it leaks and maybe carb not real sure. Any way here is a link to it running can you experts out there tell me what you think. Is that the exhuast port at back top and if so is there suppose to be that much water coming out.

Sounds pretty good. The more water flow the better, you should probably put more water in your barrel, the pump is located at a level at the cavation plate. Go ahead and fill up the barrel.
