Hi I have an 1996/97 9.9 Evinrue motor its a 2 stroke engine but when i bought it it was second hand with no manual, so just wondering where I can find one since Its my first boat motor and would like to read up on it and keep it working as long as i can.

Try e-bay or google Ken Cook, he has factory copies available. Make sure to order by your model number to get the correct one.
