Need info of Evinrude 25HP motor, can't find anything

No sticker left on transom bracket. All I have is the number stamped on the circle on the power head.

G3002757, buts its not bringing anything up.

I think its a mid 90's. I know its a Evinrude 25hp.

I figured out that that number I have "G3002757" is the serial number.

If I cant find the model number, how can I find parts for this engine?

Do you have a photo of it? Is it electric start or rope? Long shaft or short shaft. There should be one more welch plug hidden somewhere underneath the cowl.

The model number is there with the Serial number.

Its a Electric start only. Long shaft. The cowling says 25hp. The number off the welch plug Ive found so far is on the side with the rectifier and shift linkage. Were would the other plug be?

I used a 1995 Evinrude 25hp (EEOA model) to find these cause I think they cant be that diffrent or changed much


Plugs for gearcase

Gasket for cylinder head plate (water jacket plate)

So far thats the part numbers Iv'e found but need help to find the other welch plug to get the model number. Or need help to actully see if these numbers will fit my motor.

The circle stamped plug has a "M" and then G3002757, no other numbers. Plug is clean and has not looked like its been messed with or scratched off.

Were would the other plug and other places the model number would be?
