Lost all oil

2007 3l 4cyl.135 hp
I was out for about 2 hours half way in started to hear engine knock and power loss.
Thought gages were acting up , did not pay attention to them was going against High tide, next day looked into bilge it was full of oil, no mess anywhere just oil on bottom

Oh when I was pulling into my trailer, it wanted to cut off and alarm started sounding, again did not pay mind to it just increased throttle a bit and that was it.

Let's see, didn't believe the gauges or the alarm. Ran with no oil. Engine making noise, bilge full of oil.

So, is there a question in all that?

Sounds to me like you have junk under the engine cover.

At this point, I'm not sure it matters where it came from. I think you're looking at an engine replacement.

Hmm. Alrighty then. 2 times you did not pay any attention to the alarms or the gages.

I would say that you're right..

That IS it.


Take the boat a shop of your choice with a print-out your post here on iboats. They'll know what to do.

Don, DJ, I can barely type........ . ROFLMAO... This can't be for real... going against high tide on the way in kind of gives it away.
