1985 Johnson 150 Starts/Idles perfect, poor WOT

My 1985 150 starts and idles perfectly but only has about 50% power at WOT, inceases to about 65-70% when I hold in the choke. I had the carbs tuned and synced 2 seasons ago, but didn't take to water last year and only once the season I had carbs worked on due to a major surgery. So basically the boat has sat quiet for almost 2 yrs. I did have stabil in the tanks and ran it long enough to get it into the carbs. Someone please help. Anyone near Albemarle, NC wanna give me a hand?

I don't live near you, but if it runs better with the choke it is a fuel delivery problem. The high speed jets are located in the bottom of the float chamber, did you drain your carbs before you put it in storage? Maybe pull the jets and check them.
