When your dumb you gotta be tough....Man am i tough!
You see I got this 31 ft custom build Ocean Master with twin 250's. She ran like scolded dog! Beautiful! At about 650 hours my twins no longer will plain the boat out. Nice huh? After many mechanics and computers hooked to the engines, each time with last statements being "there's is nothing wrong with these engines", a young mechanic said I want to try one more thing....Power tune! He sprayed it in the intakes and we went to lunch. The boat ran like new for about 8 fishing trips and then gradually returned no plaining self. Sence then I have had the big cheese for the SE from Merc on the boat. You guest it there is nothing wrong on the computers, He says he thinks the motor are "TIRED"? I tell you who's Tired! This boat and motors have been babied. I cruised,when it did, at 4200 and 26 kts. Not in a hurry to get there just would like to be able to get there. Please can somebody help the tough guy!
