This is my first boat and ive never done anything like this before but heres what im running into:
1 The deck was rotten working my way back and im about 3/4 of the way down the boat.
2 the stringers seem ok but I dont really know i havent drilled them or anything but as u can see in the pics the glass has separated and water has gotten in between. When i remove the glass the wood dries pretty quick but on some of the edges u can see the wood has splintered off. I have just been puling the splinters off as I see them.
3 The foam inside is very wet I have been pulling out as I go and most is soaked especially next to the stringers and hull.

I would like some insight on how concerned I should be about the splintered wood. Since I will have everything pulled out, should I go ahead and replace the stringers even if they are salvageable?

If thy are wet, they will have rot. The black coloration is rot, and the wood needs to be replaced. Take a look at my Sea Ray thread and you will see that my rot looked alot like yours.
