Is there a trick to removing that back corner screw on the trim and tilt motor without taking the port side stern bracket off? Is there a trick getting the screw back in? I'm putting a new T&T motor on today, and I hate to take the stern bracket off for one screw. If I have to take it off, how does one hold the motor up? Will it sag? Thanks

I guess it would be easier to pull the T&T off, had it off 2 months ago, so it should come off fairly easy.

That's the only way to go; take the whole unit off for that one screw. Great design by a crack team of engineers.:mad:

Took the T&T off. It was a snap since the tilt rod was out not long ago. Works like a dream now!
