I have come across OMC electric shift complete outdrive with bell housing. <br /><br />The gear ratio in the upper gearcase is 16 (ballgear) horizontal and 28 virtical.<br /> <br />Question.<br /><br />How do I know what the year is of the drive (I know its between 1968 and 1977 because its a electric shift) <br /><br />And how do I know what the HP is?<br /><br />Gear case ser # is 382229 this is the only number that I can find. Serial plate is gone and I can't find any other numbers on the outdrive.<br /><br />I thank you in advance.<br />Brando
