mercruiser 888 question

I have a 75 searay as most probly already know lol my question is now, what type of plugs, wires and oil do i.use im planning on changing all that and idk if regular parts store stuff would be fine its a 302 ford motor

plugs of the correct heat range, but remember marine rated will have better corrosion resistance. ,depending on your manifolds a 302 set may not reach, use the big block wire sets. 15w-40 , 20w-50 a good quality oil will do.
