I have a 1975 mercruiser 165 hp 3.0 inline 6. When i am on land with no resistance it runs great but when i put it in the water after about 2000 rpms it sounds like it is choking out. Like to much fuel I have time set good adjusted the carb new plugs cleaned the points put a new condenser on new fuel filter inline and at carb? Any thoughts?
