Hello.
I recently purchased a suzuki dt30- 96 and it runs great, but it seems to have some cooling issues.
i startet it up with a water hose and those rubber things you use to get water on the system when it?s not in the water. No cooling water! then i checked the impeller, wich was fine. then i checked the thermostat, it had seen better days, removed the thermostat, flushed the whole thing with the hose, still not working properly!
Then i tried to put a small hose on the outlet hole at the starboard side, ( the hole where cooling water come out, to see if there were hole through the system and the water ran all the way through the engine and out through the intake at the heel, but still no cooling water when running. will the water run exit from the small hole at starboard side at all times? or only when the engine is hot?
Help Help HELP!!
i usually manage to get these things running ?smooth, but this one drives me nuts, any ideas??
