2001 Maxum 2100SR Ignition beeping

when you put the key in and turn to the on position it beeps which is normal. once the boat turns on the beeping should stop, but it wont

why does it continue to beep after it is running?

not sure on your engine but on my 2004 200hp saltwater its a warning of something wrong. on mine i would check oil ejector.
