look the same from the most part, most all of them look to use the same Gimble and Transom parts in short if i had a 94 sx close cooling sys could i swap the Pivot Housing to a 94 or newer to make the changes to the shifting cable and and mounting the 94
new cobra sx outdrives Seeing the 94's and up are so hard to find , like i said this by be a stuped qustion not knowing tha much about repairing boats , but from just looking at the older omc cobra everything but the Pivot Housing looks to be the same, the only way to find out is ask someone that knows,take a look at the 2 Diagrams of the 2 Transom below, thanks
